Update: Fire incident on Ground Level of Apartment O, 5 Hoi Ping Road

due to fire incident on Ground level of Apartment O

Dear Friends of Splitting Colours Jewellery,

In light of the fire incident in the afternoon of Thursday 12 June 2025 (https://sc.mp/i1k8u) at the Ground level of Apartment O, 5 Hoi Ping Road, where our Causeway Bay Boutique is situated, all shops within the mall have been closed for remodelling works by the landlord and will not be operational until further notice.

Over the past 72 hours, Stephen and I had received thoughtful messages and calls from you, including invitations from venue owners and brand partners, and a bespoke order from a new client at Hour 48 after the event (!!). We cannot be more grateful for all the love and trust from you since we founded this independent brand 4 years ago.

Moving on. We will continue to identify and evaluate potential opportunities for a new physical location and will make announcements as and when appropriate. During the interim period, Splitting Colours Jewellery will continue to conduct businesses through its official online store www.splittingcolours.com, its Pinkoi store, and through its growing network of stockist(s) within and beyond Hong Kong. Effective now, and before a new physical location has been identified, every order with recipient's address within Hong Kong will be personally delivered by either Stephen or myself.

鑑於2025年6月12日星期四下午位於香港銅鑼灣開平道5號陳公館地面樓層發生的火災事故（詳細：IG post ；SCMP: https://sc.mp/i1k8u） ，商場內所有店舖現因業主方復修工程暫時關閉，直至另行通知。不幸地，Splitting Colours Jewellery亦是收影響的店舖之一。

事件發生至今，我們團隊都收到了大家的訊息及電話，當中亦包括不少場地合作夥伴及品牌方，甚至乎於事件發生後不夠兩天的新客戶訂單。作為創辦短短四年的獨立品牌，我們深深感恩各位一直以來的支持與信任。  

Splitting Colours Jewellery將持續透過官網（www.splittingcolours.com）、Pinkoi線上店舖，以及香港本地與海外合作銷售點維持營運。我們亦會積極物色及研究合適的選址，籌備香港店舖的重啟，並適時再向大家作進一步的公告，

我們亦在此承諾，在確定新址前，所有香港地區訂單將由本人或Stephen親自為您配送，商品和這段小故事都確保能完好無缺地送到您手上。
