NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. 

ORIGINALLY DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that seems to have defects caused by Splitting Colours Jewellery, please contact us at info@splittingcolours.com immediately, and in any event no later than 48 hours upon completion of delivery. Please provide photos of the products for us to make an initial assessment of the condition of such allegedly defective item.

We shall endeavour to repair faulty items or offer a replacement. In the rare situation where repair/replacement is not possible, we shall refund your order in full.

Note: Fissures and inclusions are very common in natural gemstones like tourmalines, and are not considered original defects caused by Splitting Colours Jewellery.
