Secure Your Gemstone
- Find your desired natural gemstone from our latest gemstone library
- Discuss your direction of design with us, and we will then share with you an Initial Sketch and Fee Estimate*
- If we can agree on both, you will pay a Holding Deposit of HKD1,500 which is non-refundable but can either be (1) deducted from the final payment once production is confirmed, or (2) converted into our online store credits if you decide not to proceed with production
- Upon receipt of your Holding Deposit, your desired gemstone will be marked as HOLD and not be available for anyone unless you decide not to proceed further
Pre-Production Confirmation
- We will provide you with a Final Sketch (or 3D Rendering), alongside our Formal Quotation* (reflecting the raw materials cost right before production), for confirmation.
- If we can agree on both, you will then pay 50% of the Formal Quotation* as Pre-Production Payment
- We will then proceed to production, in accordance with the agreed design
Lead time from production confirmation will normally be 6-8 weeks, but may vary depending on the seasons. - We will closely monitor the progress of the production process and handle to ensure everything adheres to the agreed design direction and aesthetic standards
Final Fitting / Pre-Shipping
- Once production is over and bespoke item is ready, we will inform you for Final Fitting if you are based in Hong Kong. For overseas clients, we will arrange a Zoom viewing session
- After the Final Fitting/Zoom viewing session, but prior to collection/shipping of finished item, you will settle the final 50% + shipping (if applicable), as adjusted for the Holding Deposit paid.
- If you are based in Hong Kong, you can collect the bespoke item in store at either preferred retail location(s) of ours. For overseas clients, we will arrange to ship the product with tracking via DHL or FedEx. Insurance can be purchased at cost by clients.
*All prices to be quoted on Fee Estimates and Final Quotations exclude shipping, tax, VAT and custom duty, which are to be solely borne by clients. Upon request, we can also arrange gemstone reports by either GRS or GIA for our clients at cost.
