Terms & Conditions

1. This gift voucher sponsored by Splitting Colours Jewellery (the “Brand”) is valid for use at the Brand’s Tsim Sha Tsui Boutique located at Shop L306 at Eslite Spectrum Tsim Sha Tsui.

2. This gift voucher is non-transferable.

3. Each gift voucher can be redeemed towards the purchase of regular-priced merchandise at the Brand’s Tsim Sha Tsui Boutique. No change or credits will be given if the total purchase amount is less than the voucher value.

4. This gift voucher is valid until 31 December 2023. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

5. This gift voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other form of payment.

6. Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to keep the voucher secure.

7. This gift voucher cannot be combined with any other offers, discounts, or promotions.

8. This gift voucher is subject to availability. The Brand reserves the right to cancel or modify the vouchers without prior notice.

9. The Brand reserves the right of final decision in the event of any dispute.

3. 每張禮券可用於在品牌尖沙咀專賣店購買正價商品。若購買金額低於禮券面值，將不退還餘額或提供額外折扣。

4. 本禮券有效期至2023年12月31日。逾期禮券將不被接納。

5. 本禮券不可兌換現金、信用卡或其他任何形式的支付方式。

6. 遺失或被盗禮券恕不補發或退款。持券人有責任妥善保管禮券。
